Police raided an apartment early Thursday, breaking down the door, The Scotsman reported. They reported finding 40 pounds of heroin worth about 2 million pounds ($3 million).

"That house has been very quiet," a neighbor said. "I don't think the guys staying there have been in for more than a few months. I've never seen people going in and out like they were dealing from there."

The suspects were identified as Kris Brown, 28, Lee Knott, 21, and William Hunter, 21. They did not enter pleas during their appearance in Edinburgh Sheriff's Court, the Sun said.
