BAGHDAD, July 15 (UPI) -- Five people were killed in explosions in Baghdad and Tikrit Thursday, Iranian police said.
Four people died and 10 others were wounded when a bomb-laced vehicle parked along a road to Tikrit was detonated as a police patrol passed, the Kuwaiti news agency KUNA reported.

The Baghdad blast, caused by explosives on a mini-bus, killed one person and injured three, police said.
