'Jigsaw killer' eyed in other deaths

LONDON, Feb. 2 (UPI) -- A British man dubbed the jigsaw killer will be questioned about the disappearances of more bodies, London police say.

Stephen Marshall, 38, was found guilty Monday of murdering Jeffrey Howe, 49, and leaving severed remains across Hertfordshire and Leicestershire counties last year, a crime for which he will go to prison for life.

Detectives said Tuesday that Marshall, a former bar bouncer and bodybuilder who once worked for the Adams crime family in London, will be questioned in prison by detectives about other disappearances, The Times of London reported.

The newspaper said Marshall admitted in court that he helped to cut up and dispose of four bodies in Epping Forest, Essex, between 1995 and 1998.

Marshall's girlfriend Sarah Bush, 21, pleaded guilty to helping dispose of the body parts and was sentenced to four years for perverting the course of justice, The Daily Mail reported.

Howe had allowed the couple to live in his London apartment when they needed a place to stay, and in March 2009 Marshall stabbed Howe to death, the court heard. Marshall and Bush took over his property, drew money from his bank account and sold his belongings, testimony in the trial indicated.
