Texas Tech bull statue kills teen after collision during hide-and-seek game

A 14-year-old boy died Saturday after he was fatally impaled by a bull statue's horn at the National Ranching Heritage Museum located on the campus of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.

The incident took place at about 3 a.m. while Miguel Rodriguez was playing hide-and-seek with friends and one of the bull's horn pierced his chest.

Rodriguez was accompanied by two adults and two youth at the museum, Lubbock Online reported.
