Israeli officials reported two minor injuries from stone-throwing attacks Saturday and Palestinian sources said the Israeli military raided Azun following the injuries.

Palestinians reported the Israeli troops included an officer known as "Captain Joe" who threatened to fire on West Bank stone-throwers.

Israeli military officials said stone and Molotov cocktail attacks increased in the West Bank since the beginning of 2008.
