Rain, flooding wreak havoc in Ohio

CLEVELAND, Aug. 7 (UPI) -- Portions of Ohio endured numerous business closures and traffic problems Tuesday following heavy rains and flooding in the northeastern part of the state.

WEWS-TV, Cleveland, said the heavy rainfall and regional flooding closed several major roads, including Interstate 77, until water levels receded.

Meanwhile, Chicago's WBBM-TV reported a storm front that hit northern Illinois overnight left several homes flooded and forced numerous road closures.
