Russians disapprove of Estonian plan

MOSCOW, May 11 (UPI) -- A Russian poll found 78 percent of respondents oppose a plan by Estonian authorities to move the Soviet soldier monument in Tallinn.

The Public Opinion Foundation poll suggests only 2 percent of Russians approve of the plan and 54 percent believe Russia should impose sanctions on Estonia to convince it to keep the monument in place, Interfax reported Friday.
