Abu Hamza turns into exercise maven

LONDON, March 14 (UPI) -- Abu Hamza, serving a 7-year prison term in Britain for incitement to murder and racial hatred, has become fanatical about losing weight, says a report.

The 47-year-old, who was sentenced last month, has shed so much weight in jail he is boasting about his "six-pack" abs, reports The Mirror. His regimen includes jogging, workouts and dieting, the report said.

One of Hamza's sons told the newspaper: "I couldn't believe it when I saw him. He has lost weight by not eating so much halal meat and surviving on prison food."

Hamza, says his son, is showing no remorse because he does not believe he has done anything wrong, the newspaper reported.
