PM to name new ministers after Parliament

MOSCOW, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh says he will expand his cabinet after the winter session of Parliament.

Speaking to reporters on his way to Moscow for the annual India-Russia Summit, the prime minister said he has not yet decided who will become external affairs minister, the Times of India reported.

The job has been vacant since Natwar Singh resigned after he was named in a U.N. report as a beneficiary of the Iraqi oil-for-food program, the newspaper said.
