Jackson trial focuses on finger prints

SANTA MARIA, Calif., March 25 (UPI) -- Fingerprints of Michael Jackson and the boy he allegedly molested were found on the same page of an adult magazine seized at Jackson's estate.

The testimony from a prosecution forensics expert Friday was intended to prove Jackson made pornographic material available to the alleged victim during visits to Neverland Ranch when the alleged molestations took place.

The Los Angeles Times said a psychologist testified this week that pedophiles sometimes use pornography as a tool to coax children into sex acts.

Jackson's lawyer suggested to the jury that the boy and his brother came upon the magazine when their host wasn't around.

Fingerprint testimony dominated Friday's proceedings. The Times said testimony next week would come from comedian George Lopez.

Meanwhile, a former Jackson bodyguard remained in a Las Vegas jail awaiting transfer to California to testify for the prosecution on April 4. Christopher Charles was arrested six weeks on charges stemming from a robbery spree.
