Court: Foreign state protections limited

WASHINGTON, April 22 (UPI) -- The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a foreign country must directly control a business in order for the company to enjoy protection under federal law. The 7-2 ruling came in a case involving Israel and a suit filed in Hawaii.
