Court: Detainees can't use Constitution

WASHINGTON, March 11 (UPI) -- A federal appeals court Tuesday ruled that detainees captured in Afghanistan and held at a U.S. base do not have access to the courts or the Constitution. The appeals panel said the U.S. courts do not have jurisdiction over the detainees' cases.
