New figure sought in Elizabeth Smart case

SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Police and the public were on the lookout in Salt Lake City Thursday for a transient who may shed some light on Elizabeth Smart's disappearance. Brian "Emanuel" Mitchell is not a suspect in the case; however, he did yard work and other chores at the Smart home in November 2001.
