U.S. wants dismantling of N. Korea reactor

WASHINGTON, Jan. 14 (UPI) -- The United States said Tuesday North Korea must dismantle its Yongbyon nuclear reactor facilities to prevent future "blackmail" of the international community. North Korea has threatened to reopen the 5-megawatt reactor, which is capable of producing weapons-grade plutonium, in its standoff with the United States over nuclear weapons.
