Records sought in river pilots' probe

BATON ROUGE, La., Dec. 26 (UPI) -- Records are being sought from Gov. Mike Foster's office for a federal investigation of possible wrongdoing involving a river pilots group. The New Orleans-Baton Rouge Steamship Pilots control qualification for high-paying jobs guiding foreign ships on a busy section of the Mississippi River.
