Maine 2nd District race close

AUGUSTA, Maine, Nov. 6 (UPI) -- The race for Maine's open 2nd Congressional District remains close between Democratic candidate Michael Michaud and Republican Kevin Raye. Michaud received 80,595 votes to Raye's 70,858 and leads in the polls, 53 percent to 47 percent, with 70 percent of precincts reporting.
