MINNEAPOLIS, May 3 (UPI) -- Mayor R.T. Rybak is really frosted over efforts by a North Carolina doughnut chain to muscle in on mom-and-pop bakeries. Rybak Friday declared a "hole-y war" on Krispy Kreme, announcing a contest to determine which of the city's 30 bakeries makes the best fried dough confection.
