Bush sets up bioethics council

WASHINGTON, Nov. 28 (UPI) -- President George W. Bush on Wednesday formally ordered the creation of a President's Council on Bioethics. Bush named University of Chicago ethicist Leon Kass to head the advisory panel he said he would establish when he approved limited stem-cell research funding in August.
