Fluorescent lights recalled

WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 (UPI) -- Progress Lighting of Spartanburg, S.C., Tuesday recalled 10,700 fluorescent lights because they are improperly wired and could pose a fire hazard. Progress Lighting told the Consumer Product Safety Commission it had received two reports of the lights smoking and smoldering, but no reports of injuries.
