MLB: San Francisco 4, LA Dodgers 2

SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- Juan Uribe's two-run home run in the 10th inning Wednesday gave the San Francisco Giants a 4-2 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Uribe's shot into the left-field pavilion scored Travis Ishikawa, who had walked.

Freddy Sanchez drove in a run and scored another for the Giants.

San Francisco starter Tim Lincecum pitched 8 2/3 innings, allowing two runs and four hits, striking out seven, but left with the score tied. Brian Wilson (4-5), who recorded the final four outs, picked up the win.

Andre Ethier had two hits and an RBI for the Dodgers.

Guillermo Mota (3-4) took the loss.
