NHL: Calgary 3, St. Louis 0

CALGARY, Alberta, Nov. 15 (UPI) -- The streaking Calgary Flames, who now have won five consecutive games, downed the St. Louis Blues, 3-0, Monday.

Miikka Kiprusoff made 24 saves for his 20th career shutout, while Daymond Langkow, Kristian Huselius and Andrew Ference scored for Calgary. Alex Tanguay and Jarome Iginla both notched two assists in the victory.

Blues goaltender Curtis Sanford played only 13-plus minutes of the first period and allowed one goal on four shots, but was forced to leave the game with a groin injury. Manny Legace replaced Sanford and made 17 saves in the loss.

St. Louis has dropped four of its last five contests and is now 2-6-1 in its last nine games overall.
