SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Jonathan Cheechoo and Milan Michalek each had two goals to lead San Jose to a 6-3 win over Dallas Friday night.

Joe Thornton had a goal and two assists, Patrick Marleau had four helpers and Alyn McCauley netted the other goal for the Sharks, who have won their last two games.
Vesa Toskala stopped 24 shots for San Jose, which halted a three-game slide against Dallas.
Mike Modano, Niklas Hagman and Stu Barnes scored for the Stars, who lost for only the second time in their last 10 games. Marty Turco stopped 28 shots in the loss.
