STORRS, Conn., June 28 (UPI) -- A group of cows were seen attempting to investigate a Connecticut dairy bar after escaping from their nearby enclosure.

Employees at the University of Connecticut Dairy Bar told NBC Connecticut that the cows began wandering around the parking lot after finding their way loose from nearby Horsebarn Hill.

It is unclear how the cows escaped from the grazing fields adjacent to the dairy bar, but Fox 61 reported that the parking lot had been altered by construction.

Dairy Bar employees coordinated with other university staff to wrangle the cows, ultimately wrapping up the situation in about 30 minutes.
