LOS ANGELES, Feb. 28 (UPI) -- Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice star Ben Affleck has joined the lineup for the after-Oscars edition of Jimmy Kimmel Live, ABC announced.

The show is to follow Sunday's 88th Academy Awards ceremony.

Also expected to appear on Kimmel's program are Tracy Morgan, J.K. Simmons, Mike Tyson, Nathan Lane, Matthew Broderick, Henry Cavill and Jesse Eisenberg.

"And many more, possibly even Oscar-loser Matt Damon, time permitting," a press release said, winking at Kimmel's long-running joke about bumping Damon from his show due to time constraints.

Damon is Affleck's best friend and a current Best Actor Oscar nominee for his work in The Martian.

Affleck and Kimmel famously starred in the hilarious, celebrity-laden 2009 viral video "F*@#ing Ben Affleck," which saw Affleck and Kimmel coupling up in response to a comedic music clip Damon made with Kimmel's then-girlfriend Sarah Silverman.
