LOS ANGELES, Feb. 17 (UPI) -- Nina Dobrev and boyfriend Austin Stowell have reportedly called it quits. Sources confirmed the 27-year-old actress and 31-year-old actor's split to People magazine after Dobrev was spotted solo at Super Bowl 50 and on Valentine's Day.

"It started to get hard with both of their schedules. They remain on good terms," an insider told E! News. The couple are said to have broken up in late January or early February.
"Sunday Funday. #HappyGALentinesDay," Dobrev captioned a photo of herself with her girlfriends on Valentine's Day.
Dobrev and Stowell were first linked in summer 2015 and made their red carpet debut as a couple at the New York Film Festival premiere of Bridge of Spies in October. The pair seemed happy in a series of photos from their holiday vacation in late December.
"You either have chemistry or you don't, but a lot of what attracts me is a guy's mind and humor and talent," the actress told Cosmopolitan in 2013. "I need to get to know all those things before I fall for someone. I'm not a one-night-stand kind of girl. I'm a relationship girl."
Dobrev previously dated Vampires Diaries co-star Ian Somerhalder, who married Nikki Reed in April. She played Elena Gilbert on The CW series for six seasons, while Stowell is known for portraying Kyle Connellan in the Dolphin Tales movies.
