SEATTLE, Jan. 3 (UPI) -- Pop star Taylor Swift is America's most desirable neighbor, while Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is America's least desirable neighbor, according to Zilllow's annual poll.

The online poll asks 1,000 U.S. adults which celebrities they would most like to be their neighbor, as well as with whom they wouldn't want to share a fence.

Swift earned 12 percent of the vote for 'most desirable' followed by actress Jennifer Lawrence with 11 percent and comedian Amy Schumer with 9 percent.

Thirty-four percent of those surveyed, however, said they would not want to live next to any of the famous folks listed in the poll.

Asked who they think would make the worst neighbors, 24 percent of respondents said Trump.

Married superstars Kim Kardashian and Kanye West came in second with 22 percent of the votes, narrowly defeating previous 'least desirable neighbor' titleholder Justin Bieber, who ranks third this time around with 18 percent. Hillary Clinton was fourth, with 11 percent of respondents calling her the least desirable neighbor.

"2015 was a landmark year for Taylor Swift, from her highly successful 1989 World Tour, to being named the youngest female ever on Forbes' 100 Most Powerful Women list -- it's no surprise America picked the down-to-earth singer-songwriter as 2016's most desirable neighbor," Jeremy Wacksman, Zillow's chief marketing officer, said in a statement. "Donald Trump on the other hand, is frequently in the limelight for his polarizing comments and non-apologetic attitude, which some may see as unattractive qualities in a neighbor."
