Rain-soaked Potter fans out for premiere

LONDON, July 4 (UPI) -- Fans of teen wizard Harry Potter braved storms, camping out for the London premiere of "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix," the series' fifth film.

Film stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson, and series' author, J.K. Rowling arrived at the European premiere Tuesday amid torrential rains and thunderous applause, The Telegraph reported Wednesday.

Rowling, whose seventh and final book will be out in two weeks, said, "I am partly sad and partly relieved that I have finished."

Radcliffe said he doesn't mind being labeled a heartthrob.

"There's one particularly nice-looking redhead over there who I am looking forward to signing an autograph for later," he said.

Actress Katie Leung, who as Potter's girlfriend, Cho Chang, shares an on-screen kiss with him, said the scene took between 20 and 30 takes.

"He's a great kisser," Leung said, "and he didn't pay me to say that."

Grint, when asked about any concerns over the fate of Ron Weasley in the series finale -- Rowling said two characters would die -- said, "I'm not sure I'm that worried. It's the last book so it doesn't matter. I expect it'll be a great scene."
