Snow patrol rescues celeb skiers

ASPEN, Colo., March 12 (UPI) -- Actors Rob Morrow, Chad Lowe and Fisher Stevens wound up out of bounds and lost on a double-black diamond ski run in Aspen, Colo., but not out of luck.

The three were skiing in the Celebrity Downhill to raise money for Colorado's Aspen Youth Experience when they found themselves in an area closed to skiing, the Aspen (Colo.) Daily News said.

They met up with other lost skiers, who had a cell phone and contacted authorities. They were rescued by the Aspen Mountain Ski Patrol, who guided the errant skiers down the mountain.

"It ended up being great because it was a good adventure," Morrow told the newspaper.
