More stars announced for CMA awards

NASHVILLE, Sept. 26 (UPI) -- Vince Gill, Kris Kristofferson, Donald Trump and Shania Twain were added Monday to the star roster of the Country Music Association's awards ceremony.

Actress Reese Witherspoon who plays June Carter Cash and Joaquin Phoenix who portrays Johnny Cash in the film "Walk the Line" will also be on board as will singer Trisha Yearwood for the 39th Annual CMA Awards being broadcast live Nov. 15 from New York on CBS.

The hosts are again the duo of Brooks & Dunn. Performers and presenters already announced include Kenny Chesney, Faith Hill, Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley, George Strait, Keith Urban and Lee Ann Womack.

"Walk the Line" will be released in U.S. theaters Nov. 19.
