WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif., April 5 (UPI) -- Actress Dyan Cannon was treated for smoke inhalation after a fire blazed through her West Hollywood, Calif., home, WABC-TV, New York, reported Monday.

Cannon, 67, was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and was reported in good condition.

The fire occurred Sunday morning in the kitchen of Cannon's 8th-floor condominium. Cannon was sleeping, but awoke when a smoke detector alarm sounded.

Cannon appeared in last year's film, "Kangaroo Jack," and starred with Warren Beatty in the 1978 hit film "Heaven Can Wait."
