Jackie Chan confuses princes William and Harry

Feb. 16 (UPI) -- Action star Jackie Chan made a bit of an embarrassing mixup during a wildlife preservation conference in London Wednesday, confusing Prince William and Prince Harry.

Unable to tell the royal brothers apart, Chan said he accidentally congratulated Prince William for a South Pole trek he made with wounded veterans. It was actually Prince Harry who made the trek.

"Prince William said, 'No, that was my brother,' and I said, 'I'm sorry.' But they look almost same, huh?" Chan said.

The two princes and their father, Prince Charles, were on hand for the Illegal Wildlife Trade conference, calling for an end to the trade.

The group should "take urgent action to put a stop to this trade, which has become a grave threat not only to the wildlife and the people who protect them, but also to the security of so many nations," Prince Charles said in a speech.
