The Cesar Award Ceremony will be held February 28 in Paris.

Gayet was linked to President Hollande by the French tabloid Closer in early January. The revelation prompted Hollande's long-term partner Valerie Trierweiler to admit herself to a French hospital for a week's recuperation. Hollande, who has not confirmed the alleged affair, announced January 25 that Trierweiler will no longer retain the title of 'First Lady.'
