Sgt. Brian Weir has filed a claim accusing Beverly Hills' Det. Sgt. Terry Nutall of inappropriately lifting the sheet covering Whitney Houston's naked corpse when authorities were called to her hotel room on February 11, 2012.

"Damn, she's still looking good, huh?" Nutall is alleged to have said when he "removed the sheet and/or other covering from the body … to an area below the pubic region."

Weir's claim says Nutall did so "for no legitimate law enforcement inquiry, investigative, or other proper and legal purpose."

The revelations are part of a labor dispute filed by Weir, who says he was removed from his position when he first reported the incident.

"We will be looking into the allegations made in this claim, but we were not aware of any inappropriate behavior or comments made by any officer at the scene," a rep for the Beverly Hills police told CNN.

He also said that the department hadn't received any formal misconduct complaints related to Weir's accusations.

"It is appropriate for a responding detective sergeant to briefly examine the body upon arriving to a scene like that," he added.

Weir said he complained to officials within the police department and was subsequently removed from his SWAT sergeant position and denied promotion and special pay. He also accuses Nutall, Police Chief David Snowden and Capt. Tony Lee of taking "reprisal actions" against him, "including acts of intimidation, restraint, coercion, discrimination, punitive, and/or disciplinary actions."

Houston died in 2012 at the age of 48. Medical examiners concluded that the legendary 48-year-old singer had died of accidental drowning related to her cocaine use and heart disease.
