Giuliana and Bill Rancic have documented the ups and downs of their personal lives -- including infertility, miscarriage and breast cancer -- on their Style Network reality show, "Giuliana and Bill," since 2009.

Though plenty of marriages have disintegrated on reality television -- think Jon and Kate Gosselin -- the Rancics believe they have something different. In a recent interview with "Good Morning America," the celebrity couple discussed their secret to a happy "reality marriage."

“I think the difference between us and a lot of these other couples is, from the beginning our foundation was very strong,” Giuliana said. “And as the seasons pass, it’s actually easier to do the show. Like, we get it. We get that there’s cameras around.”

“Well, we’re also the executive (producers) of the show. So, I mean, that’s -- that’s helpful," Bill added.

The Rancics also said they were proud to have tackled some tough topics on their show.

"We can’t make it through an airport without someone coming up and saying ‘thank you. My wife finally got a mammogram.’ I mean, not a day goes by where that doesn’t happen,” Bill said.

The couple, who married in 2007, welcomed baby Duke through a surrogate last year, but it's going to be a while before they start thinking about a second child.

"Before we decide on baby number two, we just want to make sure we can do it," Bill said.
