Robert Tufts is now a two-time mayor of his small town, and he hasn't even started preschool yet.

The pint-sized politician holds the top job in Dorset, Minn., a town of 22 people (28 when the minister is in town), and was re-elected Sunday.

Bobby, 4, was first elected -- well, his name was picked from random out of a hat -- last year when he was only three.

Dorset calls itself the "Restaurant Capital of the World" and holds an annual food festival celebrating its status as the town with the greatest number of eateries per capita. An entry on the "ballot" at the "Taste of Dorset" costs $1 and candidates can enter as many times as they like.

The tiny town is technically part of nearby Park Rapids, has no formal government and the mayor has no official duties. But Bobby has used his title for good, raising $750 for charity this summer going to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Red River Valley in Fargo, N.D.
