Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge must be very optimistic about how long the world can hold its breath.

Finally, they have emerged from the hospital -- and baby makes three. Kate wore a periwinkle and white polka-dot dress, glowing as usual.

"It was very emotional, it is such a special time," Kate said. William then took the baby from her arms, holding him and smiling for the media.

"He's a big boy, he's quite heavy," Prince William said. "We're still working on a name."

At eight pounds, six ounces, the baby is the heaviest future king in 100 years. And the baby boy has a thick head of hair.

"He's got way more than me -- thank God," William said.

They went back inside after introducing the baby to cheers from hundreds of bystanders before reemerging with the baby in a car seat, William driving the Range Rover with Kate and baby in the back seat.
