This morning, Holly Madison announced she would marry fiance Pasquale Rotella on Aug. 14., according to Us.

Just hours later, Rotella attended a pretrial conference in Los Angeles, according to RadarOnline. Rotella may face more than 13 years in prison for bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of interest.

Rotella and the former Playboy bunny welcomed daughter Rainbow just three months ago. The couple is set to star in a new show on E! called "Holly Has A Baby." Madison recently said the pair plans to have six children.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney alleges that Rotella used more than $2.5 million in funds from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum to pay off officials so he could host parties in the venue.

Rotella heads to court again July 29 -- less than a month before the wedding -- to determine his fate. RadarOnline reported he is confident he will be set free and will be able to get married and get started on their next five children.
