Former Playboy playmate Kendra Wilkinson decided not to take the dive, walking away from ABC's reality diving series "Splash" when she refused take her turn at the competition.
Her refusal to dive off the 23-foot platform was an automatic disqualifier.
"I'm so sorry everybody," she said. "This is the first time in my life I've quit something. This will haunt me for the rest of my life."
Wilkinson had been paired with Rory Bushfield in the synchronized diving challenge. Bushfield had been advised by doctors not to dive because he ruptured an eardrum during practice.
