Nicki Minaj, Halsey, Luke Combs to headline iHeartRadio Music Festival

June 7 (UPI) -- iHeartMedia has announced the lineup for the 2022 iHeartRadio Music Festival.

The two-day music festival will take place Sept. 23 and 24 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Nicki Minaj, Halsey, Luke Combs, Megan Thee Stallion, Avril Lavigne and Lionel Richie will headline the event.

Black Eyed Peas, LL Cool J featuring DJ Z-Trip, Maren Morris, Morgan Wallen, Pat Benetar and Neil Giraldo, Sam Smith, The Black Keys and other artists will also perform on the main stage.

The Daytime Stage will take place Sept. 24 and feature performances by Lavigne, Maggie Rogers, 5 Seconds of Summer, Big Time Rush, Girl in Red, Lauv, Chlöe, Willow, Chase Rice, Latto, Carly Pearce, Ryan Hurd, Gayle and Lauren Spencer-Smith.

"We're thrilled to once again return to Las Vegas for a weekend full of great live music with this year's festival," iHeartMedia chief programming officer Tom Poleman said in a press release. "What makes this festival one of a kind is that we have the best artists from every genre of music that we play on our 860 iHeart stations all on one stage. It's a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see so many legends performing together."

Tickets go on sale June 17, with pre-sales available to Capital One cardholders beginning June 15 at 1 p.m. EDT.

The iHeartRadio Music Festival will broadcast live on iHeartMedia radio stations and live stream on The CW app and CWTV.com. A TV special featuring footage from the festival will air on The CW in October.
