Arroyo, who suffers from a number of health issues including a metabolic bone disorder, is being held at Veterans Memorial Medical Center in Quezon City facing charges of vote fraud related to the 2007 midterm elections.

The court has not decided if Arroyo will be allowed to use a laptop computer or mobile phone, GMA News said Wednesday.
