Jordan Brand releases 'RE2PECT' tribute to Derek Jeter

The ad will run Tuesday night during Jeter's final All-Star Game.

NEW YORK, July 14 (UPI) -- Jordan Brand released a celebrity-filled tribute Monday to Yankees player Derek Jeter, one of its longest sponsored athletes.

In the ad, titled RE2PECT, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, director Spike Lee, Billy Crystal, Jay Z, and Michael Jordan all tip their caps to the shortstop.

Three Mets players, Mr. Met and even Boston Red Sox fans {link pay their respects: "http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2128910-jordan-brand-rolls-out-moving-re2pect-tribute-for-derek-jeter" target="_blank"} to the soon-to-be retired player.

The ad is a salute from Nike; Jeter has not had a single arrest or scandal since he signed with company in 1999.

The ad will run Tuesday night during Jeter's final All-Star Game.
