CLEVELAND, Feb. 28 (UPI) -- Kyrie Irving totaled 21 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds for his first career triple-double Friday in the Cleveland Cavaliers' 99-79 win over Utah.
Tristan Thompson contributed 18 points and 14 rebounds for the Cavs, who topped the Jazz for a third straight meeting.

Spencer Hawes helped out with 13 points and 16 rebounds.
The Jazz were led by Gordon Hayward with 18 points.
Richard Jefferson added 13 for Utah.
