NFL: Chicago 31, Minnesota 30

CHICAGO, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Martellus Bennett corralled a scoring pass from Jay Cutler with 10 seconds left in the game Sunday, elevating the Chicago Bears over Minnesota 31-30.

Bennett's decisive grab was his seventh of the game. He finished with 76 receiving yards, while Brandon Marshall chipped in with seven catches for 113 yards and a score for the Bears (2-0).

Cutler overcame two interceptions and a lost a fumble to go 28-for-39 through the air for 290 yards and three touchdowns as Chicago reeled off its seventh win in eight meetings with the Vikings.

Matt Forte contributed 161 total yards of offense for the victors.

The Vikings (0-2) dropped their second straight to a division foe despite 100 rushing yards on 26 carries from Adrian Peterson.

Christian Ponder hit 16-of-30 passes for 227 yards, a touchdown and an interception for Minnesota.
