The marker came 4 minutes after the Goats (4-6-3) had grabbed a 1-0 lead when James Riley's right-wing cross was redirected past goalkeeper Bryan Meredith on a Juan Agudelo header.
Estrada's goal denied Chivas a second straight win at The Home Depot Center.
