NEWARK, N.J., April 10 (UPI) -- Lou Williams led Philadelphia with 20 points and 76ers helped their playoff chances Tuesday with a 107-88 victory over New Jersey.
Thaddeus Young and Spencer Hawes each contributed 19 points and eight rebounds for the Sixers, who snapped a four-game losing streak.

The pair helped spark a big second half in which Philadelphia outscored the Nets 64-48.
The Sixers came into the contest tied with New York for the Eastern Conference's seventh seed. They used Tuesday's victory to move two games in front of idle ninth-place Milwaukee.
Kris Humphries paced New Jersey with 20 points and 10 rebounds.
