NHL: Columbus 2, St. Louis 1

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- Derek Dorsett's third-period goal on the second rebound off goalie Jaroslav Halak Tuesday lifted the Columbus Blue Jackets to a 2-1 win over St. Louis.

Halak made stops on shots by Antoine Vermette and Samuel Pahlsson earlier in the sequence, but left the second rebound sitting untouched in the crease.

Halak finished with 31 saves and David Backes scored for St. Louis, which had a four-game winning streak stopped.
