NBA: Philadelphia 110, Detroit 94

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Thaddeus Young led Philadelphia with 24 points off the bench Friday and the 76ers pulled away to defeat turmoil-ridden Detroit 110-94.

The Pistons had only six players in uniform as a result of an apparent growing feud within the Detroit organization.

Detroit officials said Tayshaun Prince missed the game with an upset stomach, but no reason was given for the absence of Austin Daye, Tracy McGrady, Rodney Stuckey, Ben Wallace and Chris Wilcox.

The Detroit Free-Press reported all of the missing players except Wallace skipped all or part of the morning practice session because they were unhappy with Coach John Kuester.

Kuester was ejected from the game with 3 minutes left in the first half after picking up two technical fouls.

Philadelphia still had only an 11-point lead heading into the fourth quarter before dominating the final period.

Andre Iguodala had 21 points and 11 assist for Philadelphia, which has won three games in a row to reach the .500 mark. The 76ers began the season with a 3-13 record.

Will Bynum scored a season-high 29 points for the Pistons, who have lost six out of seven.
