Granger scored 25 points and sparked an otherwise poor shooting performance by the Pacers by hitting 7-of-13 from the field. Roy Hibbert added 15 points and Tyler Hansbrough contributed 13 for Indiana, which made 40 percent of its shots.

The Pacers have won four out of five since losing six in a row.

Portland dropped its fourth game in five outings. Rudy Fernandez led the Trail Blazers with 19 points, but they shot only 36 percent from the field while making 5-of-20 from beyond the arc.

Indiana led by six at halftime and increased that margin to 14 points heading into the fourth quarter.
