MLB: LA Angels 4, Tampa Bay 3

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., June 9 (UPI) -- Jered Weaver was the winning pitcher and LA had four players with RBIs Tuesday in the Angels' 4-3 victory over Tampa Bay.

Weaver (6-2) gave up five hits and two runs with four walks in six innings. Brian Fuentes pitched a scoreless ninth to earn his 16th save this season.

Chone Figgins, Bobby Abreu, Vladimir Guerrero and Juan Rivera each had two hits and an RBI in the win, LA's fourth in the past six games.

James Shields (5-5) took the loss after allowing four runs on 10 hits in 6 1/3 innings.

Ben Zobrist homered and had two RBI for the Rays, who have lost three in a row.
