NHL: Vancouver 2, Anaheim 1

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 30 (UPI) -- Roberto Luongo made 21 stops on 22 shots Sunday to lead the Vancouver Canucks past Anaheim 2-1.

Daniel Sedin and Matt Cooke scored for the Canucks, who won their second straight game and their fifth out of six.

Ryan Getzlaf scored and Jonas Hiller stopped 20 shots for the Ducks, who lost their second straight game after having won four straight.

Vancouver scored on the power play in the first, when Daniel Sedin scored off a feed from Henrik Sedin.

Cooke put the Canucks up 2-0 in the second with his sixth goal of the season.

Scott Niedermayer fed Getzlaf midway through the third for Anaheim's only goal.
